01.

Domain Registration

  • We offer registration of .UK domain names for a fixed period of 1 year. 
  • All domain registrations are subject to availability and approval. 
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a domain request. 
    • All .UK domain registrations are subject to Nominet’s Terms and Conditions.

    02.

    Pricing

    • Domain registration (1 year): £ 10
    • Domain transfer to another registrar: £10 + VAT
    • Contract termination: Free

    We do not provide domain renewal services.

    03.

    Domain Renewal

     

    • It is your sole responsibility to transfer your domain to another registrar before its expiration if you wish to renew it. 
    • We do not send renewal reminders. Please make arrangements with your new registrar in advance.

    04.

    Domain Transfers

    • You may request a transfer of your domain to another registrar at any time.
      Transfers between registrars are processed via IPS tag changes, which we will complete upon your written request — free of charge.

    • Please note:
      If you wish to change the registrant (ownership) of a .UK domain name, this can only be done by the current registrant through their Nominet Online Services account. This process includes a fee of £10 + VAT, payable directly to Nominet.

    • It is important that the correct registrant is listed for each domain name. We do not modify ownership records on behalf of customers.

    05.

    Cancellations

  • You may cancel your domain registration request before it is submitted to Nominet.
  • Once registered, domains are subject to Nominet’s rules and non-refundable.

    • 06.

    Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining correct contact information. 
  • You must ensure timely transfer of your domain if you intend to renew it with another registrar. 
  • Abuse of our services may result in cancellation.

    • 07.

    Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for domain registration delays, loss of domains due to expiration, or third-party misuse of your domain.
  • You agree that domain registration is at your own risk.

    • 08.

    Abuse and Complaints

    • Abuse complaints (e.g. phishing, spam) must be sent to: kortonetro@gmail.com

       

    • We aim to respond within 1 business days.

       

    • Complaints about our service may be submitted via our Complaints Policy.

       

    We aim to respond to all complaints within 1 business days.

    09.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
